- CMCarlos MJan 21, 20261.0I dont understand what's going on. I assume they are short staffed. I sent my prescription refill request on a Tuesday. The following Tuesday I called to see what's going and they said they attempt to get it ready by 3pm. Within an hour I got a message that one of my prescriptions were out and needed to be ordered and would arrive the next day. Still waiting and now dont have my medicine... why wouldn't they order the medicine when o first made the request?

Seth was a pharm tech that checked us out at the pharmacy counter. We encountered problems with figuring out which items were not eligible for FSA but Seth was extremely kind, patient, and helpful with the whole process which took much more time than anticipated. We want you to know you’re appreciated and doing wonderful work.
