- KCKevin CMar 3, 20261.0I have been a patient here for about 4 years. The service use to be great. Recently I made an appointment which I had to make over a month out because of no availability. So when I finally go for my appointment they told me that they didn't have my insurance before hand so they were canceling my appointment and reschedule me for 2 more weeks out. I have never had someone just cancel an appointment on me without notice because of they didn't have my insurance before hand. This was ridiculous and unnecessary. People have to take off work to go there only to have the appointment canceled with warnings.
- JSJonathan SterlingFeb 20, 20261.0Dr. Malik should have his license revoked. After doing a wisdom tooth extraction he sent my wife home with no medication at all - no pain meds, no antibiotics. I called and had to nearly beg for pain medication to begin with (and he started by sending a medication that she’s allergic to, to the wrong pharmacy) Now that infection is setting in and the pain is only getting worse, she’s finally getting antibiotics, but he won’t renew the pain meds. We’re going to end up at the hospital for pain management before the weekend is over because he has no concern for his patients.
