- HHHolly HollingsworthJan 29, 20261.0The absolute worst design I have ever seen. I think a 3 year old could have done a better design than this cluster mess at the drive through. Why have a drive through if it’s a pain. All lanes are busy. 2 cars waiting in front of me. A huge truck behind me to drop a shipment off. There is not a lot of room for all of this, there is no where for waking cars. And if a box truck if dropping off we are all in a mess of a cluster. Wrecks more likely to happen because of this poor design. Elderly ppl don’t know how to navigate this mess. Do better HEB.
- PEPersonal EmailDec 27, 20254.0Great pharmacy, only complaint is some times they are a little slow to fill. If you call and tell them it is needed they will fill it more quickly but I don't want to have to call when I have the flu and just want my script.
- ADAkeisha DentonSep 28, 20251.0I asked that ALL my rx’s be filled at once so i would not have to drive back multiple times. The service was already not the best but I got past that part.,I waited almost 40 mins only to find out there’s still not one in there. I called back today and the little sweet lady said,”Oh we put it back it’s been 10 days. We will get it ready for you.” I mentioned to her that I asked the lady right then to prepare them all. I even paid for it. It was most definitely missed. She didn’t apologize and definitely didn’t care about wasting anyone’s time or gas. Smh
