- KPKelvin PiersonMar 24, 20265.0Got great service from Dr. Nicole Sletten, she's really awesome, the D.O.T certificate only cost $60 and it usually takes 24hrs to go into the FMCSA National Registry system but it went in the same day for me, So I was able to get my certificate and transfer my out of state license at dps all within a 4 hour span thanks to the people that work here.
