I have been working out 2x a week for 16 months at The Perfect Workout. The difference in how I feel is amazing. I mostly train with Lin, but all trainers are extremely knowledgeable and make it fun. The 20 minute time frame per session is truly a miracle! Highly recommend this workout!

I have been exercising at the Perfect Workout for three years now. I first looked into their program due to being diagnosed with osteoporosis six years ago, and wanted to do everything I could possibly do to slow the progression of it. Since doing this workout twice a week for about 3 years, my bone density has overall remained stable, and a couple of areas in my spine have actually improved slightly! My main objective with the workout is fall-prevention, however, and the workouts have really helped both my strength and balance. For me, it’s definitely been worth the price in order to remain strong, mobile and as fit as possible for as long as I can. I consider the cost a great investment in my personal well-being.

I’ve had an excellent experience training with Jonathan Sanchez at The Perfect Workout. He is incredibly motivating, laser-focused, and pays close attention to every detail to make sure each movement is done correctly and safely. What really stands out is how much he genuinely cares about your progress not only during the session, but also by following up and encouraging consistency so you stay committed. His accountability, precision, and positive energy make every workout count. If you want real results, Jonathan is absolutely the trainer to work with.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Perfect Workout

This sounds too good to be true – Great results in 20 minutes, twice a week?

We understand the skepticism surrounding a 20-minute exercise routine. It goes against the grain of traditional beliefs. The truth is, if you’re doing more exercise than needed, your workout may not be intense enough. With many traditional methods, a lot of time spent during your workout is “rest time.” More rest during a workout can reduce muscle growth and cardiovascular impact. So you can either work hard during exercise, or you can work out for a long time – but you can’t do both. Intensity is key if you want to effectively boost your metabolism, improve VO2 max, and not only build lean muscle but support your skeletal health. Our approach is not only unique, it’s grounded in research. We train all major muscle groups through 5-8 exercises with minimal rest between sets. Our method and technology provide the perfect resistance for every exercise, eliminating virtually any risk of injury. So you’ll spend your sessions burning more fat and building more strength than traditional weight training. But don’t take our word for it! Come in for your own free Introductory Session. Experience the methodology first-hand, without any obligation.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is based on your preferences, goals, and needs. And we have a fit for every budget. Finding your perfect membership starts with a free Introductory Session. Experience a custom-tailored workout and discover training options that support your lifestyle. Choose a package that reflects your priorities, such as your goal, budget, and how often you’d like to train. Training options are flexible and range from $285 to $695 monthly, with no long-term contracts. Our memberships adapt to life’s changes, supporting you at every stage. Plus, our method is so effective, that if you aren’t stronger after 90 days of consistently training with us, we’ll refund every penny.
