Fast forward to 2026, I’m no longer in need of them because I now have prosthetic feet. I shared with my mother that I could possibly switch them out to fit her. She visited the Galleria area and met Jessica, who shared with her that since they have a lifetime warranty and due to this special circumstance, a switch is possible. We were ecstatic! My wife and I stopped by the next day, spoke with Jessica, and switched my old pair for my mother’s new set. Voilà! Mom is now part of the Good Feet club! Oh, and my wife brought hers in from 2018. Jessica said they looked a little worn and took another scan of her feet. Her feet had changed a little, so she swapped them out for a new pair that support her feet better. Thank you, Jessica! You’re a game changer!
