Infertility is a tough road to be on and there is no one else you want to find on that road other than RMA. I struggled with infertility for years and sought help at another clinic in Houston that is very reputable (not going to name names). The experience at the other clinic wasn’t personal and it seemed like you were one of many in many ways (interactions, treatment, etc.). I spent tens of thousands of dollars there to only have no viable embryos. After that I thought it was time to find another clinic and went to RMA. And I am so glad I did. They are OUTSTANDING. They are supportive, friendly, and kind. The lady at the front desk even knew my name (where can you find that at any doctors office!). Even more so, their doctors are excellent. Dr. Juneau was my doctor and she is a true angel! We had many viable embryos after one round and after going through IVF we were able to successfully conceive our daughter who is now 9 months old. Through the process, Dr. Juneau even found an unrelated health issue that could have been life threatening if left untreated and likely would have gone unnoticed for decades. Going through the infertility journey is rough and stressful and RMA understands that. They are there for you on so many levels and do everything they can to help you achieve what you are looking for. I am so glad I found them and they were able to give me the greatest gift in the world, my daughter.

I write this as I sit next to my now 4 week old miracle girll!
I owe the world to RMA. Dr. Herlihy and all of the nurses and embryologists changed our lives. I went in December 2024 after trying to conceive naturally for ~18 months in my mid 30s. They quickly performed a slew of testing (blood work, HSG, ultrasound, genetic testing, etc) and we ended up doing one cycle of IVF. For context I was 35 at that time, AMH 1.36, decreased AFC of 4 on the left and 2 on the right, and a blocked fallopian tube on the left (I almost always ovulated off the left because of that and the egg wasn't going anywhere). In May of 2025 I had my first egg retrieval and first and only (so far) transfer 7/7/25 that gave us this beautiful baby girl!!
I was thankful for the knowledge and expertise of Dr. Herlihy, I felt she communicated clearly, set us up with realistic expectations, the medication instructions and monitoring instructions were all well explained. There was no false hope given, we did get very lucky with one egg retrieval and one transfer but we are endlessly thankful. We will be back there next year to transfer another of our embabies. <3

Our journey with RMA Houston began in 2023 after leaving another clinic where we didn’t feel we were receiving the level of care we needed. From the moment we met Dr. Juneau, we knew we had found the right place.
RMA Houston truly felt like home. Dr. Juneau treated us like family, not just patients, and her compassion and dedication meant everything to us throughout our journey. After struggling with IVF for three years, she went above and beyond—bringing in additional support and resources to help us succeed. Her commitment never wavered.
We also had a wonderful experience with Dr. Herliey, who was equally supportive and kind. The entire nursing team was incredible—so caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in our story. Saying goodbye to them was emotional, even during such a happy milestone.
Today, we are beyond grateful to have graduated from RMA Houston—and even more blessed with the amazing surprise of twins! We truly felt seen, heard, and cared for every step of the way.
We cannot recommend RMA Houston enough. If you’re looking for a clinic where you’ll be treated like family and not just a number, this is the place to be.

Words cannot express how grateful we are to RMA Houston. From our first meeting with our provider, Eleni, we felt like this was the place we needed to be. We always felt like we could ask as many questions as we needed to, and that our concerns were taken seriously. We never felt in the dark about what our next steps or options were. Dr. Herlihy and Dr. Juneau were also amazing, along with the entire nursing and front desk staff. You don’t feel like a “number” here which is so special during a really personal journey. Everyone knows your name and makes you feel cared for. Cannot say enough good things!

I had a mixed experience with RMA Houston.
My journey didn’t start off well. I initially had a frustrating experience due to miscommunication from the staff, which led me to leave a negative review. However, I will say that my doctor personally called me on Christmas Eve, and we had a very thoughtful conversation that helped reset expectations and allowed us to move forward with a clear plan. I genuinely appreciated that effort.
I went on to complete three IUI cycles, which unfortunately were not successful. During that time, most of my appointments were with the nurse practitioner, Eleni, who was great—kind, attentive, and helpful. That said, she is not a physician, and all decisions ultimately go through the doctor. I was told I might see either a doctor or NP depending on scheduling, but in my experience, I rarely saw the doctor. Coming from another clinic where I consistently saw a physician, this was an adjustment—especially given the cost of treatment.
After completing my final cycle, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of follow-up. I didn’t hear directly from my doctor and was expecting at least a courtesy call to review my results, discuss my bloodwork in more detail, and talk through next steps like IVF. Instead, I received a call from the NP informing me that I was not pregnant, after I had already reached out with several questions through the portal. The conversation felt somewhat rushed, and I was left wanting more guidance and closure.
Overall, my experience was just okay. There are definitely caring individuals on the team, but the communication and level of physician involvement didn’t fully meet my expectations. If you choose RMA, I would recommend being very proactive and advocating for yourself throughout the process.
