  I made an appointment online. I even received a text reminder about 35 minutes before the appointment. But when I went there, the door was locked and nobody was in there. The appointment was on Monday, MLK day. This was terrible. If they don't open on MLK day, they should not let me make the appointment.

  The ladies are always very polite. I've been coming here for 12 years. Never had a problem with an appointment. If you're a walk in it will take time.

  Pro: - easy to find building (don't take overpass that goes across hwy 6 to 1960, you'll miss it) - clean place & nicely kept - everyone I interacted with was very nice - can wait in waiting room or wait in car and get a text - self check in kiosk was easy Cons: - Kind of hard to find actual office inside of building... Signs say "Imaging Center" not "Quest". Suggest parking on left side of building and that door enters Quest (aka Imaging Center) directly - Lacks sample organization... I'm little concerned that urine samples could get mixed. I was given an unlabeled cup, no marker in restroom to label it myself which I have seen at other places, and when I opened the "window" to put in my sample, there was already an unlabeled cup with urine in sitting in there. The blood draw itself seemed more secure as far as being labeled. - Hard to hear your name be called... luckily I saw a comment on someone's review so I knew to really pay attention, but I could easily see how someone would not hear their name called & get passed over because... 1) people call you from left corner behind check in desk which is far from main waiting room, 2) they have masks on so it's muffled, 3) there is background noise like TV and people checking in... so pay close attention!!

  We had a great experience at this location. Check in was easy. We were called back immediately. The woman who did the blood work for my 1 year old was patient and kind.
