  Everyone there was super nice and friendly. It was fast and painless. I think some of the 1 star reviews are from people who didn't have an appointment or had an attitude. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment so you have priority when you show up. With that being said, there was a young lady who showed up when I was there, without an appointment, and they accommodated her. There was even a language barrier and they got through it just fine. If you treat the staff with respect, they'll return the same to you. Elementary school common sense I know, but it goes a long way.

  Had a very nice experience on the 5420 Dashwood location Angel was very nice with very good customer service skills even though she needed help an was super busy she was great but yall need to get her some help ..THANKS ANGEL!!!

  I was a walk in and was in and out within 30 minutes. Very pleasant staff. Even better than I would have thought.

  This is where time stops. You see on the screen that you'll be taken care of in 3 minutes and somehow waiting for 15 minutes. What's the point of using technology when you can't even educate your staff on how to use it properly. Disappointed.
