    Punctured both left and right arm. Wasn't able to get enough blood. Ask me to come back again. Drank two bottles of water before blood draw. Good attitude. Skill needs improvement.

    Absolutely ruthless and unprofessional!! Nurses are not trained well and can’t even draw blood. Glenda and Adri found it appropriate to make fun of and yell at a helpless patient!!
