  My appointment was at 4:40pm, I get there at 4:00pm I register in in three minutes the pass me to drop my blood test, very quickly, and very professional.

  It's impossible to speak to a human. When you check in for your appointment, they will still see ALL and EVERY of the walk-ins before you if it's not your appointment time. There is no option to become a walk in and be seen earlier.

  The techs were friendly and accommodating when I had difficulty retrieving the order for the blood test. They had alternative approaches that enabled me to complete the test. The work was completed efficiently and kindly.

  Had a real bad experience A Hispanic ladies with curly hair is so rude and she don't talk or don't understand English ,you ask her something to relax and she don't interact , she intimidate me by not giving me confidence or any kind of care super super rude , it's like she's working and not getting pay , supervisor needs to talk to her , my insurance pay 1000 thousands of dollars on blood work each visit not Professional .

  I took my son in for a blood test requested by his doctor, and they lost the results. They simply told me they lost them and had no further information. Completely unacceptable. I will never comeback to Quest and never not recommended.
