  Apparently when they took blood, the lady must have pricked my vein too much because I bled a lot under my skin. I had it done on 3/17 and today 3/21. There is still blood and bruising under my skin 2”x2 1/4” area. This is on my right arm bend at my elbow. I never had one this bad before.

  I had an appointment this morning at 9:40 AM. When I arrived, the front desk staff member wasn’t very friendly, so I wasn’t sure how the visit would go. Surprisingly, I was called back after a short wait. I explained to Justine that I’m a hard draw and shared the instructions given to me by the last Quest staff member who was able to get my blood on the first try. Justine was very patient with me while I waited for my card to unlock so I could make my payment, and she reassured me that everything would be fine. She also took the time to answer my concerns from a previous experience. If you’re going to this location, I highly recommend requesting Justine. My 5 stars are for her and her excellent care. The front desk Guy is excluded from this review

  I stopped by on a Monday morning, which I know can be one of the busiest times of the week, and I was truly impressed. Even though the staff was clearly working hard and juggling a lot, every single person I interacted with had a warm smile and a positive attitude. Not once did I feel rushed or overlooked. Instead, they took the time to be kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find a team that stays so professional, friendly, and upbeat under pressure. The atmosphere felt welcoming and organized, even with how busy it was. That level of customer service speaks volumes about how much they value their customers. I absolutely love Quest and the amazing people who work there. Experiences like this are exactly why I will continue to be a loyal customer. Highly recommend!

  Quest is very convenient for all of my blood work needed. The technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful in registering upon arrival. Always on time with scheduled appointments and results are sent to Doctor very quickly.
