  I experienced very rude and unprofessional behavior at your facility. I had been fasting all day for my blood work, but when I asked for assistance, the staff ignored me. I was told they were closing at 5:00 PM, even though it was only 4:12 PM at the time, and they proceeded to close the door without addressing my request. This behavior was highly disrespectful and unprofessional, and I strongly advise others to be aware of this.

  The 8200 Wednesbury Ln is extremely filthy, the 2 star review is given because the rep who assisted was truly a diamond in the rough!

  The Question staff at the Wednesbury location are fantastic, particularly Leslie, the person who did the draw. The inside of the offices were fairly clean. However, the building they’re in is a disgrace. Filthy. Too long of a walk to the office because of the building layout. I’m handicapped and I was in severe pain by the time I got there. There’s no place to sit in any of the halls or even near the elevators. Downstairs remodeled but there are no benches to sit while you wait for someone to pick you up. But the other floors are absolutely disgusting. The carpets haven’t been vacuumed or cleaned in many years. There are stains everywhere. It smells. Walks are dirty. Horrible!.

  I walked in to get blood work done and the lady refused to take me stating they don’t see walk ins passed 4:30. It was 4:43 when I walked through the door. There was no one in the waiting room. Very disappointing. I just had blood work done at the Sugar Land location on Monday and they took me at 4:50 as a walk in. Huge difference in service and staff.

  I am a very hard stick no matter what Quest Lab location I go to it is always just one stick. Other places have not been able to be this successful. This includes ER's I have been to.
