Friendly, timely, expert sensitive services.
I had a very frustrating experience at this Quest Diagnostics location. The parking situation is extremely limited and poorly designed for the volume of patients being scheduled. It creates unnecessary stress before even entering the facility.
When I arrived, there were approximately 26–29 appointments listed on the board with only two staff members working. The location appears significantly understaffed and overbooked, which resulted in a substantial delay well past my scheduled appointment time.
Once I was finally called back, the technician was excellent—professional, efficient, and skilled. The actual blood draw experience was smooth and handled very well.
However, aside from the technician’s performance, the overall process—parking, scheduling, and staffing—was disappointing. Due to these issues, I have asked my provider not to schedule my future labs at this location.

It was a long wait but I can’t complain I did not make an appointment but I was treated so nice everyone was so friendly
I noticed in the years of using quest how difficult it is to check in to the kiosk for people. Some are older, others have never used a computer, and even though it is also in Spanish I always have to help someone there. I was called 40 minutes after my appointment

Wish I could give negative stars. Stay out of this place unless you have nothing to do for the rest of your day. I got in at 7:30 and left at 9:45 because they had no idea I what time I would be seen that day. Diabetes test has to be done on an empty stomach. Sitting all day with no food in me just didn't sound good to me. Honestly, I hope I never have to go to another Quest Diagnostics for the rest of my life. Just saying.
