  I walked into a waiting area with three people waiting at 11:45. There were no people at the reception desk so I used their obligatory kiosk to check in. The kiosk informed me that it was going to take 4 hours for them to work through the three patients that were there in front of me. Arrived at 11:45. Next available appointment 3:40 p.m. Luckily, an incredibly rude employee walked out at that time and while she was insulting one of the other people waiting for apparently not using the kiosk correctly since that was the only possible explanation for why she had been waiting there two hours and watched three people who arrived after her go in and come out before she had been called I was able to ask her to clarify why it was going to take 4 hours for them to get to me, especially considering that she was actively refusing service to 50% of the people that were in front of me already. I was able to go back to my doctor and get a written order for the blood draw so I can take my business to a company that the values their clients' time and employs courteous professionals that don't make me prefer a malfunctioning uncaring robot to the vapid employees that they have.

  Samantha was very kind and made my experience a great one. I generally pass out around anything involving blood/needles, so had a bit of anxiety going in to get my blood drawn 2 times within 4 days. The first time, I did pass out and Samantha was very kind and let me stay as long as I needed to recover. The second time, she already had the reclining chair in the room and had an ice pack ready for me. Definitely will be asking for Samantha any time I need blood testing done.

  I created an account and made an appointment online. I arrived for my appointment early to find a dirty dingy dark waiting room with one standing small kiosk near the door. I waited 20 minutes for people with cognitive or educational or computer illiteracy trip to make appointments on the only kiosk. I tapped on the door on old frosted window several times. Finally someone came out. I explained my dilemma and the response was the only way to be seen was to register on the kiosk. Maddening!

  Quest $4000 for simple blood tests. I went around the corner and had the same test done for $180. I’m sorry, but I am no longer trusting them.

  Eternity was awesome! Friendly and efficient. I enjoyed the music she had playing as well (the Bridgerton sound track).
