  The place was clean and on time. However, blood work experience was not pleasant. It hurt entire time since she tied my arm. After the blood work, my arm hurts the whole day and started to bruise and swollen next several days.

  My appointment was at 9:00. I arrived a 8:58 and checked in on the app for my appointment. I saw my name on the board as "checked in," but then it went away after 10 minutes. They told me someone would come get me, but they didn't. I wasn't called back for another 15, so I waited for 25 minutes in total. They told me the system took me off the list.

  If I could give negative stars, I would give this place -100 without hesitation. This is by far one of the most frustrating, disorganized, and unprofessional places I have ever been to. I first came early in the morning as a walk-in and was forced to wait for 2 hours with absolutely no progress. I had no choice but to leave and come back later with an appointment, thinking it would make things better. It didn’t. I returned in the afternoon for my scheduled appointment and STILL had to wait another full hour. During that time, I asked the staff to check on my status. They casually said “okay, we’ll check,” but clearly did nothing. After sitting there the entire time paying attention, I suddenly noticed my child’s name had completely disappeared from the board. When I asked again, they told me they had already called my name and no one responded. That is a complete lie. I was there the whole time, alert and waiting, and NO ONE called us. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for their own mistake. That is unacceptable. This place shows zero respect for people’s time, zero accountability, and terrible communication. Waiting is one thing, but being ignored and then lied to is another level of unprofessional. Avoid this place if you value your time and sanity.

  I had a great experience with Jasmine. Even though I arrived about 5 minutes late to my appointment, I was helped right away. Jasmine was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I really appreciated her professionalism and friendly attitude. I highly recommend this location!

  No compassion or empathy from the employee I had an encounter with. I came a few minutes before 4 because that is the only time I’m able to because of my work schedule. I checked in and she called me 4:02 saying they cannot do a drug test after 4. No one else in the whole waiting room but she just did not want to work. I understand boundaries but I also understand some people will have circumstances and a little help to collect freaking urine shouldn’t be too exhausting. There is no information online that specified certain tests are not taken after 4 nor anyone to answer the phone to get more information before I go. So upsetting and frustrating to have encountered such person.
