  bad system here coz DOT test start at 10 and cant check in .. u have to check in with work and system put u after 1 pm and the employee said we gonna take u around 10 and still waiting coz no exact appointment scheduled .. other labs they check u normally coz if checked here before they wont take u before 10

  I made an appointment online for 8:30 and showed up before my time. Then I see 20 people waiting and when I asked it turned out they mostly have times before me. As of now it is past 9:00 and they are not even close to clearing half of these people.

  They really deserve zero starts. This place is unprofessional and useless. I had an appointment at 7:10. They opened at 7 and there were 4 of us waiting, with the first persons appt at 7. They were in the back chatting away until 7:15. I waited until 7:30 and since no one works at the desk it's impossible to talk to anyone. when a technician came to get someone else I asked the status since I had an appointment, and she seemed to care less. Quest has always had bad service and now they obviously hired people who care less, are unproductive and useless. Thankfully, there is a lab corp on the other side of Kingsride and they are efficient and professional. This place needs and overhaul, with new technicians, a front desk staff and people who not only care about their work but can do it! Never going to quest again especially this specific one!

  I got out of work earlier than expected and I was able to check in early for my appointment and be seen within 10 minutes! Juanita was an excellent phlebotomist.....and very sweet! Thank you for a great experience!
