  I had a good visit at this location. I hate getting blood taken but my draw was pain free and easy with Ledys. She was very experienced and comforting.

  Was ample parking as always. Checked in while walking to lab. Was checked in to see Key for blood test at scheduled time. Key was great in putting me at ease with her kind ‘bedside’ manner. Dis not feel the needle and was done. Highly recommended.

  He tenido la suerte de acceder a los servicios en la locación de North Loop W Suite 125 por mas de una ocasión y no tengo quejas del servicio, excelente el personal, la dinámica del lugar, la rapidez y la paciencia con que atienden la los clientes al momento de su llegada, solo considero debieran pensar en alguna estrategia para el proceso de check inn tomando en cuenta que acuden al lugar personas de avanzada edad y el proceso se les dificulta un poco, algo que he podido percibir en la mas de una ocasión que he acudido...

  The phlebotomist had a nasty attitude from the start an she constantly cut me off while trying to explain my situation and reason for being there.I told her that I still have paperwork in the car and could go get it. She asked me how fast I could run because she was about to start helping someone else. She couldn't find what according to her she needed on the paperwork and pointed to the screen to say at least twice"There's nothing there". She went on to ask me why "she" didn't highlight the area on my paperwork? I don't know what "she" she was referring to but it was either my doctor or the Quest location that I visited a week before. My visit today was for a blood draw. I explained to her that I don't know medical terminology because I'm not in the medical field. Her reply was "I don't know either". She finally stopped another employee in the hallway who pointed out to her right away what was needed . Her attitude towards the end changed and I'm thinking it's because she asked me for a review. Well this is my review and I will NEVER go back to 1919 N Loop West location again. Do Better Ms. B
