  Do not schedule bloodwork here. After my daughter has been fasting for bloodwork with a 7:30 appointment, nobody has even unlocked the door or opened the office 15 minutes after her scheduled appointment. There’s a line of 10 people behind us. No use in calling a number, nobody answers. What a joke.

  I had to get jabbed four times to get a sample, which has never happened to me before. The staff was very apologetic and tried to support as best they could, but it took about 40 minutes for a very routine visit. Won’t be coming back to this location

  Don't make the same mistake I did and expect accurate tests at the Quest locations at 915 Gessner. Omitted one of the most basic tests for annual physical (complete metabolic panel) despite clear instructions in the order form and added 4 high cost tests that were not shown on the order form. In addition, the tech could find a vein to get adequate blood flow and had to bring in her supervisor to try the other arm. Outcomes ... drew more blood than required for unnecessary tests, need to call Quest to get refunds for 4 tests and have to return to get the CMP. On the return trip, because I was 10 minutes late to the scheduled appointment (the parking garage is a nightmare), my appointment was cancelled. I will soon be making a third trip to Quest (at another location) due to this location's ineptitude. p.s. there are multiple Quest locations in this building. The first appt. described above was at #175 and the second at #480.

  The WORST EXPERIENCE!! The wait was 1 hour long even with appointments! The doctor rushed my labs and said she had an appointment to be at at 12 her name is as Mercedes she didn’t know NOTHING! Now they are calling me saying it’s issues with my labs DO NOT GO HERE! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT RECOMMEND

  My experience at this location was GREAT. Look... nobody's favorite activity is getting their blood drawn, so I can sympathize with the agitation many might feel, in general, when going somewhere for that express purpose. But I can't help thinking that at least some of the less positive reviews of this particular location have something to do with the heightened agitation about everything that we all naturally feel when doing this kind of thing. This place was spotlessly clean and tidy, from the waiting room to the drawing room to the bathroom. The check-in process was very simple, with several options for people with varying levels of comfort or preference with different kinds of technology. I was called back well before my appointment time. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was extremely good at what she did, obviously very experienced, and was totally professional and efficient. I have zero complaints. At the end of the day, I got my blood drawn as painlessly as it can be done; in a clean, efficient environment; and I was in and out in no time. What more can you ask of a medical lab?
