  What a lovely visit I had today at Pearl Shine-Jones Road💫! The atmosphere of the office is very pleasant! My appointment timely. The office is very clean & organized. Wow! Dr. Charolia has a DREAM TEAM. It's quite obvious that he takes care of his crew! Let's see, there's Jessica who's at Reception, then there's Daniela who assists with questions about our insurance. Very respectful & patient (as I am a senior citizen) so it really matters... Then last but not least is SMILEY -you heard me SMILEY. He is the most pleasant hygienists I've ever encountered- when you meet him you'll know he genuinely likes what he does. Dr. Charolia is mega thorough. Up to date 21st century equipment & beyond. He took his time explaining everything to me with images.... I did not feel rushed at all A highly recommended Pearl Shine on Jones Road!

  I had a great experience and want to recognize both Darli and Smiley for their outstanding care. Darli was incredibly helpful when it came to my treatment plan and payments. She clearly explained what my insurance would cover versus what I’d owe, and when I needed to focus only on the essentials, she quickly adjusted my plan and offered flexible payment options. She made the whole process feel manageable and stress-free. Smiley was just as amazing during my exam. He was friendly, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail—from the issues with my teeth to the procedures I need and how to properly care for them at home. He made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my care. I truly appreciate the time, patience, and genuine care they both showed!

  I am a new patient. I absolutely enjoyed my first visit today. The office is inviting and comfortable. Daneli at the front was helpful, Ryan the Hygienist was pleasant and genuine. Dr. V was attentive to my care as well. 10 out of 10 visit!
