Judy Greer is the BEST. She is kind, takes her time and really cares for her patients. She is a nurse practitioner but in my opinion she is better than any gynecologist I have ever seen. The clinic is not the best though. They have a fairly new rule that patients must see a doctor every 3 years (which rushed me I am guessing due to productivity standards). Since I pay out of pocket I am hoping that rule will be waived, otherwise I will find another place, even though I love seeing Ms. Greer and have seen her for years now. If you are looking for someone who will listen to you, take their time and provide resources, ask for Ms. Greer.

It seems that every year I have an issue with the billing department. No one ever knows what’s happening with insurance claims or you have to fight with them to apply the correct billing codes. Currently I’m going in circles just for them to speak to my insurance rep about seeing if certain codes are covered before I get a huge bill from them as I have gotten in the past . Doctor was great but the billing staff and just being able to speak to a human is horrible.

Dr. Christopher McGuirk is one of the most amazing human beings alive. From my initial consultation visit, to the birth of my first child, he has always made it clear it's about me. He listened to my trial and tribulations on having a child without dismissing my feelings or the steps I have gone through previously. He didn't encourage me to spend more money or time repeating cycles that have previously failed; and shared what the best next steps for me would be, even if it was not with him. However, once I was able to obtain pregnancy, he was more than happy to be my OB. Pregnancy visits were great with him and his staff, very streamline and efficient. He knew how to share great information without it being overwhelming, and listened to first time parents concerns. Was willing to provide us with a referral to another OB closer to home so we would feel better; but that truly shows me how great of a physician he is. I wouldn't have changed anything about this experience, and I'm truly grateful he was there to support me along the way.

So many issues with billing and no one answers in the portal. I called the office and my insurance ahead of time to get an estimate of the cost was told that with insurance it would be $200 at most. It came out to $198. So why am I getting another bill for $95? I called my insurance and they said I was only responsible for the $95 so the office overcharged and I would need a refund and if they can grant that then to file grievance against them. They cannot seem to answer a single message in their portal all of a sudden which is interesting. Just got hit with ANOTHER bill today of over $200 of labs I never asked for because I’ve already been tested for them. They really don’t give you an option here. What I was told is $200 is now over $400? For one visit? Place is a joke

Dr McGuirk is one of the smartest Drs that I have been to. I had severe insomnia post menopause for over 10 years and tried EVERYTHING and nothing worked. Deep down I knew it was hormone related but I couldn’t get anyone to agree or give me hormones because of past issues with them. He knew exactly what hormones and had answers for my problems if they arose! He also addressed my thyroid problems that had never been looked at by my regular PCP. I am very grateful that I feel like a normal human being and am sleeping every night. Thank you Dr McGuirk
