Technician Danielle was rude and unprofessional throughout my interaction. When I asked to use my GoodRx information for billing, she incorrectly stated that Kroger no longer accepts it. Even after I requested that she enter the information, she resisted and told me it would likely cost more. I made it clear I was willing to proceed anyway. Once she finally entered the GoodRx details, it was accepted and reduced my original cost by over 60%, contradicting what she had told me. Her attitude afterward suggested frustration at being incorrect. At the end of the transaction, she did not provide any confirmation or basic courtesy, such as saying thank you, and simply stared at her register, leaving me unsure if the process was complete. Is this how Kroger trains employees in order to charge customers more nowadays? Due to this experience, my family will not be returning to this location.

I'm so disappointed with the decline in customer service here. Why have humans still doing this, if they're as sterile as an AI bot would be? This lady (lots of tattoos) was so robotic, that she literally didn't say hello, didn't look at me, just said very direct and not at all helpful. IF they're losing clients to other pharmacies, this would be one of the reasons why. Our pharmacist and their staff, are a very intimate part of our healthcare. They know way more than most would want them to, because of the medicine we're prescribed. So I just think it would be nice if they were a little more human in their communications with us, than I see us now receiving. I'm intentionally not naming the person, but I spoke to her about this myself and will write an email from my office to their leadership, in an effort to help them do better.

Just called this pharmacy to see about a medication to be refilled. They said they did not have it. Fine, when would be an expected if ordered? They said they could not make that decision until the prescription was in hand! What happened to the use of planning ahead for pharmacies? Why do I have to show up and hand over before anything has a starting point to actually be useful for meeting someone's medication needs? I guarantee your competitors are not this helpless.
