Their service here is very professional and progressive! I am truly thankful to Dr. Andrew and Bailey for there skills and expertise. I had a bone graft, fill, and tooth pulled. My recovery was painless and I’m a cry baby y’all. Emphasis on cry baby. If you’re nervous, anxious, calm, or confident there’s a place for you here as a patient.

What an ammaaaazing amazing experience. Dr Hamblin and Megan my hygienist were so so patient. I went in for a cleaning, but turns out I had a cavity, plaque and tartar build up. I wasn’t expecting it so I was so anxious and emotional, but they literally walked me through everything. I had to get mouth numbing shots and I was balling my eyes out lol but they were so great and patient with me can’t wait to go back I love them!

HFD is a wonderful dentist office. Everything is clean, new, and the technology is cutting edge. Dr. Farrell is friendly and informative. He is also efficient with great bedside manner. There is no pressure or upselling. Vanessa is the star of the office. She is warm and bubbly and really cares about your experience and comfort level. She even came to say hello and check on me like an old friend during my follow up appointment despite being busy with other patients. My advice for new patients is to do the laser cleaning! Ten years of buildup was gone in an hour. My teeth look better than they have in years!

So I went there today because of the FB ad and some Google review research. The office is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Everyone had clean teeth and great smiles. (If I go to a dentist, I expect them to have nice teeth. They are their own best advertisement.)The customer service, attitude, and attention from the staff is 5 stars. I got there early, didn't wait long and I was greeted so kindly by the receptionist. It felt genuine. I got taken to the back to get pictures taken. I actually love the concept of the before and after pictures of your own mouth and it really lets you see the difference! The before and after pictures that they're using are their work. Jessica did my cleaning and was gentle. I always expect sore gums, bleeding, and stabs. She took her time. She was careful. There was some light pricking but it wasn't painful. She was thoughtful as she worked and consistently periodically checked on my comfort. Best dental cleaning in my life. I will be back with her. Going to the dentist is never 100% comfortable with me, but that was the best experience I've had. Solid 95%. The other 5% is more of a me thing and there's nothing they could have done about it. My dentist was Dr. Farrell. He introduced himself. He took the time to shake my hand. He explained what he was doing as he was doing it. He asked me if I had any concerns, before trying to sell me a plethora of services and add-ons. He made a suggestion about my gum line that was cosmetic. He explained what the procedure would entail should I opt to get it. He had his treatment plan specialist speak to me about pricing and let me tell you I was surprised. A service that has been offered before by several different providers who wanted over $1,000 for the procedure. I don't have dental insurance because I don't find that it saves me any money, it limits providers, and I always end up having to come out of pocket at least $500 with insurance minimum even for basic clean because I have to pay for x-rays or have to pay for some of the other thing that should be part of a basic clean. Pricing was upfront and fair. Well, I'm not going to put my medical history, procedure, or the cost out there on the internet to judge, but the only place I've ever remotely heard of beating their price is the Dentistry Medical School at the medical center and that would have taken me either all day or a couple days. I decided to go for it. The procedure was quick and painless except the prick to numb. (Which is expected...) I am very happy with the cosmetic outcome. Why does this place not have more reviews on Facebook? I don't know but it should because they're going to be good. By the way, the cleaning special isn't a gimmick price just to get you through the door and then throw an up charge at you. They do have stipulations to get that price but they held those up very fairly. Lastly, it is clear that this office is religiously Christian. I usually worry when somebody uses religion very outwardly in business. There's a lot of people out there who use religion as an gimmick and not something that they live by. It is clear that in this office they definitely live by the quotes that they have posted in the office. They want to help people and they want people to be healthy. You can tell this and the way they treat you and in the way they carry their business. They behave like they will treat anybody who walks past that door (regardless of creed or background) with kindness, with respect, with love, and with consideration for their fellow man. Which to me are exemplary Christian values (and is an exemplary value in any other Creed) in an exemplary business. Luke 6:31
