    The staff are really nice and helpful but their app is terrible. Since I transferred my prescriptions from CVS to HEB nearly 3 months ago, despite enrolling auto-refill, I have had to request refills manually each time. Their staff completed the refills very quickly (for which I appreciate them), but what is then the point of enrolling in auto-refill? I needed an approval from my physician for a medication (my insurance only approves it 28 days following a pickup) and I requested it on the correct date; despite being told on the app that they’re contacting my provider, my current status on the app showed “request refill” which I had to do again this morning. Based on the response from the app, it seems it’ll take 3 additional days, which means I won’t be able to take that weekly medication on time this week, like it has been the case on a previous occasion. I have never had this problem with CVS when I used them for nearly 18 months. I’m strongly considering transferring to a different pharmacy.

    Not sure what is going on at this pharmacy but customer service has gone downhill. I pick up a prescription that doesn't exactly fit in the little container at the drive thru and for the past two years or so they always just ask me to pull up to the door and they will bring it out but lately with this new employee at the window that courtesy seems to be just out of the question. She needs to be reminded that the people who utilize the pharmacy services are the ones that pay her salary and maybe some courtesies won't be so difficult for her. It is a shame that one lazy employee can ruin an entire department.

    I went last night to pick up medicine for a friend who had just gotten out of surgery. She had been prescribed medicine for the nausea and pain. They did not call it in from the hospital till after 7:00. I went as soon as knew to go get it and walked in just as they were closing at 8:00 on the nose - the door was still open and the lights on. They turned the lights off with me standing there. I explained that they had a completed order and my friend really needed this medicine for pain management. The pharmacist shrugged her shoulders and turned her back on me. I was in total disbelief at how rude she was. Then the police officer who was there screamed at me to leave even though I had in no way been rude or aggressive and I had walked through the door when they were open. This was a completed prescription that was paid for, so literally all that needed to be done was get it out of the bin and hand it to me. The rudeness was needless and unacceptable, but what was really troubling to me was the lack of fundamentally caring about a fellow human being. My hope is that one day when they or someone in their family have a similar need, they will have someone who cares more than they do. I would never recommend someone fill a prescription at this pharmacy. One would have to question their competency if they care this little. I get prescriptions filled a the Kroger south of them on Shepherd and they are absolutely terrific. They are always smiling and always helpful.

    👎 👎 Terrible staff a male pharmacist answered my call and was EXTREMELY rude about my prescription refill. The call took place on Saturday February 21st around 9 in the morning. Absolutely unacceptable 👎
