    This is a fantastic workout, particularly for someone like me with mobility issues who can't easily do traditional forms of exercise. I've noticed incredible improvement in flexibility. And the personal trainer is wonderful; very motivating and encouraging. This is the perfect workout for anyone who wants to increase their muscle strength, balance, and overall well-being.
