They create a welcoming and positive environment that makes every class enjoyable. I went to Toanne’s Yoga Pilates class today and she does an amazing job encouraging newcomers while still challenging all of us to find a new edge in our practice.

She’ll make you sweat, have fun, and maybe even cry a little😂 the studio is well kept, clean, nice props, and big space!
