  I am having similar issues as some if these other patients. The staff seems nice but they aren't doing their jobs and my life is on the line. Waiting 2 weeks now for my prescription to get transferred to the pharmacy of my choice and going without meds less than 2 months after cardiac arrest.

  I like Dr Hickey…I really do. But don’t ever have an emergent issue. I had a problem that my PCP said I needed to see Dr Hickey this week. Nope. Six weeks until I can see him. Ridiculous. Scheduler couldn’t care less. Told me to “feel better soon.” Right. I’ll get on that. What an uncaring and dismissive establishment.

  Packed waiting room and sat for over an hour waiting. Communication is horrible.
