Love this store because of Oliver. I am ridiculously difficult to fit for glasses, and Oliver is incredibly patient with me, making the process fun (and successful) instead of a chore. He is also wildly knowledgeable about what frames will work best for different types of prescriptions and doesn't hesitate to give helpful opinions about what looks best. He's such a gem! Great value too; it's literally 50% less than the boutique store in Clear Lake I went to for years. I've had my current WP pair for two years, no problems. They are now my back-ups just because my Rx has changed.

My first visit to Warby Parker. The store is easy to walk around. The frames are well displayed. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and don't pressure. I quickly found two frames that I really liked and the cost of the two frames, progressive lenses, and several other features, was about 60% cheaper than what my optometrist offered. Very good experience and will go when my prescription changes again. Oh - I bought everyday frames and sunglasses frames. Am really pleased.

Zero wait time, super friendly / helpful staff (but not annoying or salesy), good selection of frames though some that I wanted to try weren’t in stock. They made using insurance incredibly easy too. Overall great experience; highly recommend!

Not a fan of this location, much prefer Rice Village or City Centre. Oliver gives you the energy of rushing you out, he is also very rough when it comes to adjusting the glasses. I came home and found out they are basically ruined, returning them.
