  Crystal Martines was truly a blessing during one of the hardest moments our family has faced. She guided us through the hospice 101 and what the admission process was with such patience, kindness, and compassion that it immediately brought us comfort during a very overwhelming time. She explained everything clearly, never made us feel rushed, and treated our family with genuine care from the very first conversation. Once we came on service, the nursing team and office staff continued that same level of compassion. Breanna as well as every nurse who has come into our home has been gentle, attentive, and supportive, and the office staff has been just as wonderful—always responsive, reassuring, and ready to help with anything we needed. We are deeply grateful for the way Traditions Health has cared for our loved one and for the emotional support they’ve given our entire family. Their kindness has truly made a difference. Thank you

  If you have found yourself here, let me first say, I am so sorry you are going through this. But I can assure you, you have come to the right place. Traditions Home Health has been such a blessing to my friend, and we sure didn't want to have to explore, nor want to be in the position to need hospice care. But here I am, and I have leaned heavily on Mindy. This is a process, and an unpleasant one at that, but when I've needed someone, Mindy has always answered. Whether it was a question, a needed solution or to pull me back, when I have raced to far ahead, she has been there. Her gentle answers to my panicked thoughts have been sound, spoken with true love and concern, and always keep me in pace with my friends declining health issues. I cannot thank Mindy, and the whole Traditions health team enough for all there hard work on my friends, and my behalf. I trust Mindy, Skylin and the their teams to be here, as they have from the beginning of this journey.

  Traditions offers genuine care and concern for patients and family. This is essential at such a difficult time. Ms. Horton really attended to the needs of my family member as if it were her own family. Please keep up the good work. Many referrals will come your way!

  Overall our experience with traditions has been nothing short of horrible. We would have switched hospice providers if it were not for the bureaucracy and the very supportive private care we hired to supplement Traditions short comings. We have had to ask two of their nurses to leave the house due to their attitude and approach to handling our loved one. The initial nurse left our patient with extreme anxiety due to the pain and lack of sympathy in their approach. A number of times we have found our selves having to provide additional supplies and resources to the nurses for wound care and other health services. I would highly recommend any other company to care for your loved ones.
