My mother is very quiet and passive and Julie tried it. Whatever she has going on in her personal life she definitely took out on my mother and that was not okay. I am disappointed in Mell the manager because she was right there and did not intervene when her intial greeting to my mom was "What do you want?"followed by " so what do you want glasses or contact" in the nastiest tone. I walked out of the store to keep from going off. I don't even speak to my mother like that. I am writing a formal complaint to their corporate office because what happened today was unacceptable. There are many people out there who need a job, if Julie doesn't like hers or want to do it.
