  I have had a really positive experience at StretchLab after completing two sessions. The concept is simple but incredibly effective. Instead of trying to stretch on my own and guessing if I'm doing it correctly, a trained flexologist helped me and guided every movement. If you spend a lot of time sitting, working at a desk, or simply want to improve flexibility and reduce stiffness, StretchLab is absolutely worth trying. It feels less like a typical fitness appointment and more like proactive maintenance for the body.

  This location is amazing! I had a 50min stretch with Therapist Valeria and hands down was the best and most kindest person .Not only did she work me out deeply, but she took the time to explain the products used and the ability to purchase them. I would highly recommend this location and Especially Valeria Salinas. Thanks to my wife for the gift certificate..It was Awesome! FYI I scheduled a follow up with her in 2 weeks !!

  Stretchlab Clearlake was a great experience. I was struggling with sore joints and a locked hip. She was able to help me and taught me stretches to do at home. Everyone was kind and always willing to help.
