- JIJames Stallings IIDec 18, 20255.0I have recently had the occasion to see many doctors and dentists as old age creeps up on me. Many times I have heard the phrase 'We will call and check on you tomorrow." If this happens at all, it has typically been the receptionist that calls. Not in this case. Dr. Lucia Karam, the dentist who worked on me (three erupted teeth extracted, plus bone grafts), called me *personally*. She asked me if I was ok, and told me she just wanted to hear my voice and know that I was doing well post-op. This is the kind of care I hope to obtain from any physician I see. I am bowled over. The level of compassion in this Doctor is beyond exceptional. Thank you so much, Dr. Karam, thank you so much! To the quality of the work itself: It was as near painless as anyone could expect, and she was ever attentive to my need to shift a little in the chair, have a quick cough, or be certain I was not experiencing undue pain. I cannot give this place high enough marks; they were all just complete professionals, exemplary in ever respect. I am actually looking forward to my post-operative visit in January.

First off every single person ive met here is uh-mazing, attentive, caring and they listen I mean they really hear you. I have horrible ptsd with the dentist or any dental work. They worked with me in every avenue and answered all of my questions. The best root canal of my life. Dr. Karen and the assistant Maria were so gentle and kind. They act and great you like human beings instead of just another client or patient. They both wete very comforting while giving the numbing shot and checked on me several times during the procedure. I dont know their exact titles so I dot want to just call them receptionist they are so much more than that, but the front end women Dennise and Barbara are on point and they just set the tone for entry into the place. Ive never said or even though id enjoy going to the dentist but I just might. They work with you in paying for what tou next to get done and emergency care. They dont just make decision all willy nilly they work with what's best for you and what's going to work for you. Oh also can I say that every person ive seen in there is a woman and that to me is immediately comforting for my own personal things. This is the place to go and I recommend it to everyone!! I actually cant wait to meet everyone here and go again.
