There is only one pharmacist I like there. She's kind. But every time I try and get my meds it's delayed because my medication is considered controlled. Even though I have gone to this pharmacy for years. Because it's across the street from my house. I have to give Dr notes. For my medication as if I'm abusing them. I have never been in the hospital for drug interactions or over doses. Today when I was having intense anxiety. I tried getting my anxiety meds. It's always a problem. As if I'm a criminal or a addict and not someone with illnesses that are being treated by doctors. I went to work upset and frustrated because it's not a one time thing. I need this pharmacy cause it's convenient but if I had transpertation I would go to another one. Because my feelings always get hurt in there. Over drugs that I've been on since 2016.
I work full time. Pay taxes. No criminal record. I just have medical issues. I got a notice on the Randalls app that said my meds were ready I was so excited because of the intense issues I'm having with my anxiety. Only to go in and them tell me nope. No meds. I go through this monthly about my priscriptions they deem controlled and today it triggered my anxiety pretty bad. There is a lovely pharmacist there and she treats me amazing but the rest don't.
I don't have a choice but to go here because of proximity to my home. But I wouldn't recommend especially if you have mental health priscriptions. Or a back that is messed up really bad. With disc's that are degnerating. Because if you have to have drugs that fall under a certain class. You're going to be treated like a junkie or criminal. That's just my opinion. There is a older African American head pharmacist there who is super sweet. She's the only one who treats me like a patient and is super sweet. She gave me my vaccines. She never makes me feel bad about the medication I'm on and treats me with respect.
She's the only one. That's what keeps me from losing my composure when dealing with that pharmacy. I had alot of anxiety today. My cat is real sick. I needed my anxiety medication. I'm losing sleep because of stress about my cat. And they of course let me down. I went to work upset. I wish this wasn't my only option. I would not recommend. Most of the time unless the sweet lady is there.

Very rude pharmacist. Told me (after driving 40 mins to get there) that they were not accepting any new customers! What??? The prescription had been there for four days— they never called me with this information. Unprofessional!! All the Randalls have closed in my area soooo.
