They either don't know how to do their job, don't care to do their job, or just straight up don't care. I've never seen techs so disrespectful to both the patients and the doctor. The lead tech, office manager, or whoever she claims to be needs to get off of her high horse. I witnessed her straight up lying to a patient and then turn around and lie to Dr. Bui!! I couldn't believe it. I hope that Dr. Bui is able to find some better help or a better place to work at. She is 100% taken for granted here.
