During our discussion, a man with dreadlocks interrupted our conversation for no apparent reason. Because of this experience, I’ve decided not to move forward with a membership at this location. I believe customer service and professionalism should always come first.

I loved her passion for the gym and the time she took to help me understand and navigate using the PF App. She also gave many tips for healthy living and she made using the BF spa much easier than when I come in mornings . She is a real gem. I do like the gym and it's amenities.. just joined 3rd week of September after a decade long hiatus fm being a member with any gym (Ballys, Dynamic Fitness, Blast Fitness which ALL 2 once was the brand gym In the Same Space here on N Shepherd where Planet Fitness is now. I think I will be a lifelong member and visit other locations that have more amenities like the sauna lounge that Roxanne explained to me was a greater plus for recovery. I'm a 20yr Massage Therapist and I Love Relax, Relief and Recovery time 😍💯👌‼️
