They have a 30 minute express workout section with 30 stations that is designed to be a full body circuit workout in 30 minutes, but unfortunately the management allows people not doing the circuit to squat on the machines in this area which means you can rarely compete the workout as designed. They fail to train the membership that the machines in that area should not be used for more than 1 mile mute at a time
