I went to walk around and found an employee cleaning machines, so I had a question on how to work particular machines. He completely ignored me. I said, excuse me Sir. I'm asking you a question ❓ bhe completely ignored me! So I went to the the desk and asked if they had someone to help explain the work out equipment. Low and behold she told me to wait. Here comes unmotivated help. Slumped shoulders no smiles not welcoming at all! The same guy that completely ignored me!! I said, " this can't be it! I drove 35 miles to the southwest location where there was friendly and welcoming faces and great customers service!!! It was just as clean! They gave a proper tour and showed me how to work every machine there! It's also a bar code on every machine. That's all he has to do is show me that small detail. Its so sad people are so detached in these type of businesses.

The water massage is great the red light is great the tanning is great the massage chairs wonderful great place and employees are very helpful very helpful
