  When I called earlier in the day to inquire if they sold the product, I asked whoever answered the phone how they were doing they quickly cut me off and said how can I help you which in return I said OK well I guess no need for me to be nice. I asked my question. She answered it. I proceeded to the location when I got there. Sylvia was with a customer already and for the 10 minutes or so that I was sitting there. Sylvia kept giving the customer wrong information about her coverage what she should look for in the glasses what would be coming out of pocket and made several corrections and kept saying I’m sorry I’m sorry so when she called me, Of course, I was a little apprehensive as when I called and was being cheerful and nice. The person who answered the phone cut me off Sylvia, not knowing a policy just didn’t sit right with me so when I sat down, she asked for my prescription she proceeded to look at it over and over up and down. I gave her about a minute or so and I asked what the issue is. She said I’ve never seen one like this before. Is this an online prescription in my mind I’m wondering how do you go to the eye doctor get an exam online I said no ma’am it is actually down the street. It is the 2020 vision that I paid out-of-pocket to get the eye exam because VSP was not covered by them. She looked at me. I don’t know why you’re being so aggressive I said because I don’t feel comfortable in your knowledge of service. She then looked at me and said well now I don’t feel comfortable. I said you asked a question I gave you an answer. She kept proceeding to tell me to have a good day. I told her she doesn’t need to tell me what to do. I asked for her manager name and her number she ignored me. I kept looking on her screen and kept telling me have a good day. I then saw that she had business cards to the left eye asked is this yours? She looked at my shirt and said is that where you work I said yes ma’am it is. I’m actually the manager there and I know how to treat clients and customers she again just kept saying you have a good day. You can take your business elsewhere. you have a good day

  The eye doctor was amazing but the optician Sylvia was extremely snippy and rude. She was not helpful and laughed at us. Left and went to NASA Vision Center and had an amazing experience. Bought 3 pairs of glasses there.

  I hadn’t worn glasses in a long time. Went here and they gave me glasses I kept complaining about but they kept telling me I needed to adjust to them. Then they tell you it’s too late to change the prescription after telling me to wait 30 days! I paid 300 after insurance for glasses I never even got to wear! I would not recommend!

  Amazing service! Yvonne was so helpful in the whole process of choosing new glasses, she was very professional and answered all my concerns. Definitely will keep on going.

  I have been using Dr Farmer for my yearly eye exam for the last 5 years and I absolutely love her and her team!! They are so welcoming , nice , patience , and they are always so professional!! I wish I can give them more than 5 stars !!
