We paid nearly $700 for a pair of glasses, expecting quality and durability. Instead, within just a few months of normal use, the lens literally fell out of the frame. For something that expensive, this is incredibly disappointing and frankly unacceptable.
When we went back hoping they would stand behind their product, we were told it would cost another $300 for another pair. After already spending so much, being asked to pay hundreds more for what seems like a quality issue feels unfair and exploitative.
Glasses aren’t a luxury for many people,
they’re a necessity. Charging these prices while delivering such poor durability makes customers feel taken advantage of. I truly hope they reconsider their pricing and quality standards so other customers don’t have the same experience.
Reply to the owner: Sure my father made a mistake of trying to fix it himself, but it does not change the fact that the supposedly good quality pair of glasses fell apart after a few months of purchase. How can you convince me that another pair of yours will be of better quality?

Great customer support. When we walked in we were properly greeted and attended to. The hey also helped my son find the perfect pair of glasses for his face.

They are careless with their care. They don't take their time to truly listen to their patients who are clearly trying to advocate for themselves. Glasses and contacts are not cheap but are a necessity for a lot of people so to be careless and not get someone prescription right or hear them out when they say they can't see is negligence. Don't even bother coming anywhere near closing time because you be rushed out and not heard. What's even more frustrating is when you reach out to get things corrected, they hit you with "you have to pay for a new exam" this sounds like a money grab if I've ever heard one. Instead of making it right they are only after money from hard working people. You go to a place like this expecting professional care and accurate results and get the exact opposite. Save you time, copay, and eyes the trouble.

I went to this location in December, I was seen a max of 5 minutes and was told my previous prescription had astigmatism. I’ve worn glasses well over 15 years and have always had astigmatism. I get there no astigmatism, when asked how one can outgrow astigmatism no response. After my exam they asked me to wear contact lenses to test my prescription, I immediately told the gentleman in the front I could not see out of the prescription but since it was near closing time, you guessed right I was told I’d get use to it. We moved forward with ordering my glasses, while trying them on in the store I was told again after mentioning I can’t see out of them, that I would get use to the prescription. Me not being a doctor believed who I thought were professionals my $300 mistake because I’ve been having migraines since wearing these glasses. When I called to complain about this issue, “it’s nothing we can do besides give you another exam and you’ll have to pay for it”. It’s common knowledge that BLACK WOMEN have to advocate for the healthcare in multiple spaces and this is another one of them. Do not spend your hard earned money on a facility that will not listen. And don’t be like me a simple Google search could’ve saved me time and money, you do not grow out of astigmatism.
