Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

    Drove over an hour for this experience twice I would not recommend anyone to choose this location. My son and daughter both had Eye exam at another location and we did not like the frames. I chose to have my exam do at this location and allow them to look for glasses as they are in network with my insurance. My 13 year old son and I found glasses I was told since his prescription was over -11 I had to pay an additional $100 we left because I’ve been to other pearl vision and have not had to pay anything additional. My son had to get reexamined because his current glasses are his back up and are to strong so they lower his prescription to 10 we went back to that pearl vision due to the other one being independently owned and no longer in network. We picked out glasses on 12/29 to only receive a call saying my sons glasses will be an additional $220 outside of our insurance I was told now since his prescription in over 4 or 6 it will bean addition $100 charge I was told they on offer one type of material for his glasses which will cost an additional $120 these people are scamming customers and I will be reporting them to the highest extent I will be reaching the attorney general etc.

    Be sure to check that your glasses work for you within 30 days. I did not because I'd had cataract surgery and I didn't really need them. Still, I went in for an updated prescription. Glasses had the progressive change far too high. They said they were correct. The only way to see at distance was to tilt my head down and look through the extreme upper portion of the lenses. Manager was extremely rude...and offered to give me new lenses for half price. Not another dime to that place. I will say that dr. Nguyen is very nice and competent. The manager is horrid. I ended up going to the glasses place associated with my cataract surgeon. They did a fabulous job and ensured everything worked correctly. I will never darken the door of another Pearle vision.

    Horrible Horrible customer service. As soon as you walk in. From the person seating at the front desk to the person in the back. I recently bought some glasses from them because I couldn't find them anywhere else. I spent alot of money at this place. Went in for a repair because one of the arms was getting lose. One of the ladies said that if anything happened to glasses while they were being repaired. That I would be responsible.i told them that i had warranty on them. they said that I had warranty but it was expired. It took them a long time for them to tell me that they couldn't repair them. NEVER NEVER AGAIN. I should've read the comments before coming into this horrible place. Ppl please read read the comments and do not come to this horrible place.
