Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.
Dr. Jessica Nguyen was very informative during my eye exam and provided recommendations for the health of my eyes. Ruby was excellent in assisting me with questions and providing assistance with choosing a frame. Good experience as always.

Walked in and selected a pair of frames near the end of 2025. Spoke with a salesperson assisting me and told them that I wanted the frames and to charge my insurance before the end of the December 2025 and that I will come back in about a week to pay the difference and speak with Dr. Gorman about an eye exam. Called back after January 02, 2025 to find what my remaining balance was for frames that I had selected and was told that I had no remaining balance. My balance was paid off in 2023. How does one pay off their balance in 2023 for the last week of December 2025? I asked the salesperson if she had charged the frames to the insurance and she stated, “No.” I lost the 2025 benefits for my insurance. Piss poor customer service. This is the second time this has occurred. Not at all pleased with customer service. Since Felicia has not been present customer service is not up to par. Not sure if I want to continie with Pearle Vision in the Heights. Two times the frames I had selected are no longer available. A disheartened customer!
