They canceled both my appointment and my daughter’s eye exam without telling us. They claimed it was because I didn’t "confirm" with them, but I took an entire day off from my job specifically for these appointments. They completely wasted my time and my family’s time. Very unprofessional.

She takes the necessary time to explain all your questions and concerns. Overall, it has been a very good experience at this clinic, than’s why I come back every year to do my eye exam.

- KLKay LaoFeb 17, 20264.0My appointment was at 4:15 and I didn’t leave until 5 so it took a while as the office was backed up with seeing other patients. However, I had a great experience with the Dr. Leav. She was quick with the eyeglass and contacts examination and I left with a few samples and information about how to correct my astigmatism. She sent me home with a sample pair of dailies to wear over the next few days to make extra sure that the prescription feels good to me, which I’ve never had any other optometrist do! Overall, I’d recommend going here if you don’t mind waiting a bit as the actual appointment time was brief and straight to the point.
