Twice they have canceled the wheelchair order without telling us. They ignore my phone calls for updates. I am very disappointed on the treatment we have received from National Seating & Mobility staff.

They made sure he was completely comfortable even anticipating what needed to be changed with his new chair before he did to make sure the fit was perfect. We look forward to working with them again when and should the need arise.

We were able to schedule a next day appointment with National Seating and Mobility. Lee, our technician was knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, and very helpful. He diagnosed and fixed our issue. He also was very helpful in setting up the process for other repairs that we need. We have been a customer of National Seating and Mobility for 6 years and this office has always been lovely to work with.
