He was having trouble with his hearing aids and had talked to another hearing aid company and was told he needed to replace them. We visited with Terin and she cleaned them up really well and made some adjustments and showed me how to clean them at home and his hearing aids worked just fine. He was so excited to be able to hear well again. Terin is so knowledgeable and so friendly and personable. A joy to visit with! We’re so grateful she was able to work her magic on my dads hearing aids and we don’t need to buy new aids any time soon. But when we do, we’ll trust Terin to help us with them. Thank you Terin. The receptionist was sweet and professional and we felt safe with social distancing and cleanliness. We highly recommend Miracle-Ear at WIllowbrook!
