The receptionist who answered was polite enough but placed me on hold. And there I waited—for a full 20 minutes. No one ever came back to the line. I suppose the staff was in a hurry to get home. This is not how you treat patients. It’s disrespectful and shows a complete disregard for people's time. Do you think I still want to visit this clinic? Absolutely not.
