I have been a member of the MAC for 15+ years and have always found it to be a well run club for all age groups. It's in a wonderful area of West Memorial with top notch staff and equipment. It is a step above chain clubs and very personalized. You get great value for your membership. I am very fortunate and pleased to have had such a long and positive relationship with the MAC.

This is a such a great gym! Not only are the employees kind, the equipment is in working condition each time. Decided to try personal training three months ago and the trainer is fantastic!! I’ve been with her for three months and have seen visible results!

I love the environment. It’s very family-friendly, staff is very nice and kids space is great. I recommend the club to anyone looking for a great fitness space which also has a good kids space. I also recommend the swimming classes, my kid is taking classes for the past 2 years and she loves it.

Called to ask some simple questions about membership, but the receptionist acted like I was bothering her. She gave one-word answers, sounded completely uninterested, and at one point even sighed loudly like I was wasting her time. Customer service should be welcoming, especially for a fitness center trying to bring in new members. This was a very disappointing first impression.
