I arrived a little over 15 minutes before closing on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 1:35 pm, because I needed refills on my supplements before I leave for my trip for two weeks. I can see the lights are on but the door is locked. As soon as I knock on the door, lights start turning off. I call and get sent to automated voicemail. I took time off work which is already difficult to do, drive through 40 minutes of traffic since they are the only location open at this time today only to be closed earlier than the scheduled 2:00 pm as it says on their office hours. Now I will be out of supplements for the next two weeks. This is how they value their dedicated customers.
