  Did you think it could be relaxing and a positive experience to spend the day at a lice clinic? I hadn't thought so, but it was! To be fair, most people won't spend hours here, but my daughter and I have a lot of hair, and I wound up needing to schedule our appointments at different times. I'd imagine most people could be finished in 60-90 minutes before being out the door completely lice free. Ally and Jake run a meticulously clean establishment that feels cozy, welcoming, and very professional. My daughter has waist-length thick princess hair, and they went above and beyond to help her feel comfortable and not feel ashamed. Getting lice is not your fault! Taking care of it shows responsibility and cleanliness. If you know you've been exposed to lice by someone in your circle, or your head is just feeling itchy, give Ally a call. Checking your kid at home is not sufficient. I do that, and I missed it. Not because I don't know what I'm looking for, but because if you don't have big bugs, it can be nearly impossible to see with your eyes. What they pulled out of my hair was so microscopic I almost didn't believe it was lice. Ally stuck the towel under the microscope, and sure enough...😬. When you come to this location you will be treated with dignity, kindness, and care. The chairs are comfortable, there is zero odor of anything chemical or fake, and the technicians are well-trained. I have respiratory and migraine issues with fragrances and chemicals, and I actually breathed better here than I do most places. When I say they take cleanliness very seriously, I absolutely mean it. They have an abundance of options of movies and shows for people to watch, and if you're a Disney fan, you'll want to check out their epic artwork. I knew right away that I was in the company of kindred spirits by the collection that I saw around me. Ally also offers a variety of products you can take home, but she is absolutely not pushy about it. I delayed posting this because I keep meaning to go back and take photos of how insanely clean everything is, but alas. I need to just post it and add photos later! Truly, don't feel embarrassed, make an appointment to get checked out, and if you do have lice you'll be glad to be rid of it. If you don't, you'll have spent 20ish minutes in the company of wonderful people. 🩵 I give Ally and Jake ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the work they're doing. As a former Houstonian educator and a local mom, I highly recommend adding their number to your address book.

  This place is the absolute best. Ally and Jake and the whole team are exceptional. They take what is an embarrassing, difficult, and potentially scarring experience and make it enjoyable. I can’t believe I would say that about a place where they remove lice…but it’s true. They truly care, are extremely detailed, provide lots of education and information and standby their work. Ally is a mom and has taught me so much about how to care for my kids’ hair and scalp and how to keep the lice away. She is a wealth of information and is never trying to sell you on stuff which I really appreciate. If you don’t need a certain treatment or product, she will tell you. The place is also spotless. It’s seriously immaculately clean. They have toys and they even had the new Wicked movie (which is like $20 to buy and we were too cheap to get it at home!) my kids were so happy! They just go above and beyond to make it enjoyable. Not to mention that the treatment actually works. If you have lice in your house, do not mess around. If you don’t get completely rid of it, it gets worse and becomes a revolving nightmare. We have had 3 live outbreaks in the past 5 years, and we have come here every time, and every time it is the same excellent experience. There is absolutely no where else I would go but this clinic. If you’re on the fence, call them. You’ll see what I mean. Worth every penny.

  Jake, Ally and Michelle were exceptional. They treated our 5 yr old and 2 yr old. Checked my hair and mom’s hair and grandmas hair. They gave us detailed follow-up care instructions and answered all of our questions. It’s great for kids, they have toys and tv because you do sit for a while. I recommend highly

  Thank you for great service for the second time. They treated both my kids when we showed up unannounced because of a scheduling issue with another clinic. We showed up late Friday evening and they still stayed and treated us. We are so great full for them. Both kids lice free for the second time, the kids love the Disney theme and get to watch TV and get snacks while there hair get treated. Awesome job, Thank you very much.

  I could have cried with relief from my first conversation with Allie. She was so kind and compassionate, and had been the first to do so.I had called multiple other places, where I was basically shamed for the situation to begin with. Allie worked me in for a same day appointment for my daughter, and did a head check on me. The whole team was so welcoming and kind the moment we walked in. They all reassured my daughter that it's not her fault, and it doesn't mean she's dirty! Allie took the time to provide actual education on everything, rather than trying to sell some corporate line. Everyone walked my daughter through everything they did before they did it, and constantly checked on her comfort. I could not have hoped for a better team to take care of this super stressful situation. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
