  My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at LensCrafters while picking out our new Meta glasses. Mahogany, our sales associate, was phenomenal! From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient as she helped us explore the different options available. She took the time to explain the features of the Meta glasses, made sure we found styles that looked great on us, and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Her professionalism and friendly personality truly made the experience enjoyable. It’s rare to receive customer service this genuine, and Mahogany went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. If you visit this location, definitely ask for her, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you, Mahogany, for such a fantastic experience!

  My experience Len crafters at this location was unmatched! From the moment me and my partner walked through the door. Michelle greeted us kindly, asked about our needs. She fixed both our glasses. We needed a resize for a pair of Gucci glasses and repair for broken glasses left handle Ralph Lauren. She fixed them both for FREE in less than 10 minutes. Cleaned both glasses for us as well. The staff shared their favorite lunch spots in the area. Store was extremely clean and felt warm with phenomenal customer service. Michelle deserves a promotion and raise! Many thanks Len Crafters!

  My experience from the doctor to the store to purchase my glasses, were amazing. The staff were very knowledgeable and professional, they helped me pick out some wonderful glasses, that I know are going to turn heads!!! Thank you and I'll be sending everyone for business.

  Mohagany and Michelle at the River Oaks location were most helpful at every stage in helping me with everything at my un-announced visit. Both very knowledgeable and efficient. Each get an A plus plus rating! Give these gals a raise! I wish I had more stars to give.

  Staff at this location have a terrible approach to customer service. I ordered a pair of glasses and was told to expect them to arrive in 10 days. Instead, they arrived a month later. And, every time I called the store to check the status of my order, I was made to feel like I was burdening the staff. They couldn’t give me an estimate of when to expect the order to arrive, which makes me suspect somebody forgot to place the order. When the glasses finally arrived, I went to pick them up only to find that they were the wrong pair! The sales associate just looked at me when I told him it wasn’t the pair I ordered. No apology or attempt to fix it. I told him that, at that point, I wanted a refund. He immediately said ‘no problem, I’ll ring you up.’ No hesitation, no communication of regret. The implication is: we don’t care that we messed up. If you’re not happy with our service, take your money and go elsewhere. The sales associate credited me the cost of the glasses in silence and didn’t apologize once. It was absolutely wild. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anybody.
