  Once again I have called to get information about a prescription and the first thing I hear on the phone is an annoyed employee who says “Can I put you on hold” click. Even when you are busy or when a customer calls 30 minutes after opening you must maintain a sense of professionalism. The proper way to answer the phone is “ Hi thank you for calling Kroger pharmacy. I am currently assisting another customer. Can I place you in brief hold?” I’ve tried to refill my prescriptions on the app however some require a prior authorization which can’t be completed unless I or a pharmacy staff member speaks with my doctors office. Instead if sending the doctor the authorization for the approval the pharmacy staff will automatically charge you the amount you’d have to pay without the authorization. Or their best offer is to give you a coupon. Uh no, if the prescription is cheaper with the PA then I want that price. I have to pick up this prescription at Kroger this weekend however come Tuesday morning I suppose I’ll go to another Kroger, CVS, HEB, Walgreens, or even Walmart down the road.

  Ive used the Kroger Pharmacy on Voss for about 10 years, and really like the two pharmacists that are the regulars so much. I rely on them and trust them wholeheartedly! Every member of the staff is top notch. I would recommend them for their efficiency and dedication 100#!

  So I to purchase some money orders , This tell me rudely we need to see ID.I Never had issue or problem.I really dislike being profile . Smh

  Big Krogers, open normal hours, though they have it all, sometimes they may not have your favorite. Call & check. Near Doctors office. They have super deals on everything else from when ive been there. & super honest.
