I was deeply frustrated by the lack of empathy and customer focus at my previous pharmacy, but my experience at Kroger has completely restored my faith in quality pharmaceutical care. On the morning of October 16th, my doctor sent a prescription over at 8:00 AM. By 10:00 AM, the Kroger pharmacy had already notified me that they had received the order and it would be ready shortly, fantastic turnaround time! When I called to check on the order, I spoke with the Pharmacist, Abid Ghafoor. I mentioned my order wasn't ready yet, but he immediately told me to go ahead and come in, assuring me he would have it ready by the time I arrived. Crucially, he could hear me coughing over the phone and knew instantly that I needed my inhaler due to my asthma. This moment of proactive care and genuine listening made all the difference. The entire process was easy and quick. I felt that the staff truly listened and cared about me as a customer. This level of service is precisely what was missing elsewhere. I will absolutely be using this Kroger Pharmacy for all my future needs. Highly, highly recommend!
